what are the window treatments and where can i find them?

I have a room that is beign built off of my kitchen that looks this size. Can you tell me the size of this room and if it is off of their kitchen? Also what are the window treatments? Thank you

The window treatments are Hunter Douglas "Safari" Marabou Stork, #wwsa471 with a banding of Twill Paprika, #wwcteb501 on hem of shade and valance. This room is off kitchen area. Room is approx. 10x14.
