Can you tell me what material was used for the fascia?

The fascia is just a wood 2x12 with I believe a 22 gauge metal flashing/cap.

For the channel screed, do you happen to know the width of the opening? I am trying to figure out what size to get where it isn't too big or too small. Would the 1/2 inch be too small? Thanks for your help!!

One other question I was hoping to get your expertise! Why would one use this approach vs the hardie panels? Thanks again!!

'The channel screed is 1/2" and while the look is similar to a panelized system, the panel systems I'm familiar with generally requires exposed fasteners, which isn't a look the client was interested in.

Can you tell me if the metal is exposed on the channels or did you paint the channels?

The metal is exposed - since the stucco has integral color the only paint was on the trim and doors.
