I don't prefer the misrepresentation of this photo indicating that there's space for additional pots inside behind the pull out with the door open.
 
Parrish Construction There actually is space behind the pull out for additional pots, when you pull the drawer forward. It makes good use of the dead space in a blind-corner cabinet. More functional than a lazy-susan in my opinion. Rev-a-shelf makes one variety and there are other brands, as well. Parrish Construction Yes, I believe you can. I would only put items I don't use as often in the back of this brand of pull-out, especially if you put taller pots in the front. Rev-a-shelf has a style that brings the back drawer forward much further and would be easier to access items used daily.
