how about 6' plinth tub centered along back wall..... toilet backed up to hinged side of door, and 60" double vanity on latch side of door wall

currently, we have plumbing on 3 of the walls, the vanity sits on the left 8' wall, the shower's plumbing is on the right 8' wall in the upper corner and the toilet is on the 28" wall

I'd center the bathtub on the back wall, too, and on either end I'd have a combination of shelves and cabinet storage-and on the end where the plumbing was for the tub I'd have them build the storage so that it could be removed easily to get to the plumbing. I'd put the toilet on the left wall, but I'd build a little privacy wall between it and the door, and the linen closet could be built with this wall as part of its frame. I'd put the vanity on the other wall across from the toilet in whatever location was convenient between the tub and the door. All this, of course, if you could make it work with the plumbing layout you described. If this was too confining, then the toilet could be turned with its back to the privacy wall, and then linen closet could be built narrow, if the vanity has to be wider. Obviously you are the only one who knows what you want, and need, but this arrangement probably could work for you.

Hi David, my proposed layout sounds similar to what you have already. I would place the linen closet and double vanity along the left wall, and the tub and toilet on the right side so you are not looking into the toilet when walking in.

The door opening seems a bit wide looking at the dimensions you have.
