Pebble floor
Is the pebble floor made at site or do u get ready made tiles of this type

Cynthia Taylor-Luce This would be a mosaic, I believe. It would be attached to a substrate for ease of handling.

michigammemom Cynthia is correct, the river rock tile is available as a listello border and in meshed panels for larger applications such as the shower floor pictured. Due to the natural contour of the pebbles, the grouted surface will have a slightly bumpy texture.

Cynthia Taylor-Luce Yes, "mesh" is the word I was searching for! Thanks.

Charmean Neithart Interiors, LLC. The pebble product I have sourced comes in a 12" sq. sheet. If installing this product the grout joints have to be perfectly even so that a "grid pattern" doesn't surface. This is best achieved with the thinnest grout joint possible. Hope that helps. Ann I have the pebble-tile-grid in two bathrooms .... and it is fantastic. If you use the shiny sealer, the rocks look wet all the time ... and improves the 'look' . They feel great on your feet.

Bloom Garden Design go to glasstileoasis.com and click on pebbles. These look similar to their "mini pebbles."
