I agree! It' yummy! Also wondering what way windows face - suspect northeast? Color is wonderful! What could it be?

I think it's just black. My living/dining room looks much like this (minus the bed, of course) and it is painted black. When there is a lot of light and white in the room, everything just pops against the black. I also use a good bit of lime green in mine, then touches of seasonal color.
