Great roof color! Oh no, I would not paint the brick. The brick is perfectly fine on your rather handsome home. It's a rental after all, don't risk maintenance issues of painted brick. As a rental, I wouldn't paint more than you need to, so keep the siding and trim white. An eye catching door color is BM 2140-20 Tuscany green. It's a deep olive green that is on the cusp of the green/ blacks. Doing a dark gray or gray blue is not only predictable, but blends too much with the roof and darker brick and would not stand out.

If you wish to do a red, go unique so it will stand out from the brick. For this, I like HC-49 mayflower red. Eventhough it is a dark color, the intensity looks a little washed out and has a bit of rust orange to the tone.

I completely agree with Chroma Design especially if you are just renting out this house. It looks clean, well maintained from the outside in the photos.

Save your money. It's a great looking house!

Thank you both for your input. We purchased the home because it was a wise choice for our adjacent business. Our intention is to rent it out, however, we have really grown to like a ranch over the traditional colonial that we are in. We debate whether we are getting it rental ready or "move in ready." I think we will start off with what Chroma suggested...and add a pop with door etc.. we can always paint later.
