Jeffrey Vogel Emily, It may be? It has been described to me as Black Ash Slate with natural cleft size 12 x 16 quarried in Brazil. I'm unable to find supplier in NJ. Too costly to ship. Thorntree in Houston has it. There are several photos on Houzz.
