I'm looking into an option for what you're describing One choice is getting commercial grade grasscloth which comes in 54" widths rather than the typical 36". This means fewer seams. Another possibility also includes the 54" wide grasscloth- I have 51 inches between the top of my chair rail/picture molding and the crown molding so I may turn the 54" wide and run it lengthwise, for few or even no seams. This would look best, I think, if I can find a grasscloth with a strong vertical component so that it will look horizontal once it's turned 90 degrees. Hope this helps.
