Would love your opinion, please re: Coffer in great room and simple coffered ceiling in dining rm.

We are in the process of building. We are choosing paint colors and are stuck on how to paint coffered ceilings in our great room. Our kitchen is mostly open to the great room and our dining room can be seen as well. Our foyer, hall and kitchen will most likely be SW Macadamia. Our dining room will be a terra cotta color SW Earthen Jug. The dining room ceilings Macadamia with a variation of a more simple coffer with painted beams (dark brown). Our great room we are planning on keeping the Macadamia for the walls. There is a firelplace with built-ins which will be our trim color of SW Pearly White. We would like to paint the inside of the coffered ceiling as we want to accentuate the trim in them. We are thinking of a mid to dark brown on the ceiling part of the coffer. We may then paint the backside of the built in cabinets that same color? If too much, we do not have to do that. For the coffer beams themselves, should we paint those Macadamia as well to match the walls in this room? Or Pearly White to match the trim? We are trying to get a bit of tuscan style. Ugh, paint colors are hard! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
