would love to know where the doors were made, love them being flush
to the walls

Thanks. The doors were custom and were made by our millworker Jay Brennan: http://jaybrennan.com/. They serve as closet doors when they are closed as pictured, and they also serve to cut off the rest of the house from the den (behind the wall, not pictured) when that room is being used as an extra bedroom.
