Perfect tile! Source please?

I love the tile you've used on this backsplash! It's exactly what I've been looking for. Can you tell me who makes it and what color? Also grout color if you remember? Thanks!

    Thank you -- it's actually a very simple, generic and inexpensive subway tile. The grayish grout is "Silverado" -- it gives it dimension.
