What is the downspout trim called

The downspout elbow empties into a wide decorative trim before continuing on down the leader.
What is the name of that piece and where can I find them?
They were removed from my downspouts and not replaced when the gutters and downspouts were replaced. The house doesn't look the same without them.

    The parts are called leader heads and although usually copper, they are also found made of zinc. These are copper.

    They are called 'Scuppers' in the construction world.

    Thank you.
    Unfortunately ours were removed when the gutter system was replaced. My husband called them trash.
    Despite his promise to replace them, they never were.
    Needless to say, he was a contractor so...
