Sorry it’s taken us so long to answer your questions about the cabinet color. These cabinets were custom designed and built by a high-end cabinet company in Pennsylvania, so these colors are their proprietary finishes. In this case we used a maple cabinet, with a warm white paint/brown glaze (mostly removed --i.e. with very little hang-up on the faces) for the perimeter, and we used an alder cabinet, walnut-colored stain/black glaze finish for the island cabinets.
