Hello,
This house is not for sale, but they have been known to rent it out. There is a small house, the owners build next door, which is listed at: http://www.vermontproperty.com/detail/Vermont/east-central-vt-rentals/54/#detail-bottom-photos
You can contact the owner directly from that site and query about renting the house.
