Wow - that is quite a transformation! I know you posted this a while ago, but I happened upon it and had to say great job! It doesn't even look like the same house.

that's the same house? really? the slop of the property is gone, the windows don't match up, there is now a "second floor" and symmetry where there wasn't before, and the chimney is on the wrong side of the house.

    Brenda,

Yes, this is the same house. Please take a look at this link - which will take you to more photographs of this project: http://www.houzz.com/projects/88399/Farley-Project

You'll notice that in the Before photos, there is a "second floor" (as you described it). This was a major renovation project, and the implication that this is not the same house holds some validity... because some people might describe this project as a "completely different house" -- because after the renovation, it's almost as if it is a "completely different house."

You'll also notice that the chimney is not on the wrong side of the house. In fact, the chimney never even moved. You'll see the chimney (left side, facing front) on the before pictures. And on the after pictures, you'll still see the chimney (left side, facing front). Not sure where the confusion is on that part. Maybe the confusion is within the drastic landscaping renovation for this project.

Thank you for your interest in this project.
