It's not clear from your question whether you are referring to the counter height or the bar stools height.

A standard kitchen counter is 36" high. While a kitchen counter at a bar height is 42" high.

These stools look to be 24"-26" high to sit at a 36" high counter.
Bar stools at a bar height counter would be 30" high to sit at a 42" high counter.

I am sorry! You answered my question. I was wondering if the chairs were bar-height or regular counter height. I have an island that I want to renovate and it is a bar-height island and I think I would like to lower it to be regular counter height.
