Kitchen, dining room and living room close together

amykrikorianOctober 23, 2012
My kitchen, dining room and living room are all open to each other and am currently trying to revamp all of the space. Should I keep the same color tone throughout all 3 rooms since they are all in the same area? Somehow, it would seem strange if I have greens in the kitchen and blues (coastal) in the living room. I am a little all over the place right now with decor, but should I keep it consistent?

I would keep it consistent.

Yes, definately keep the same color scheme and design plan throughout all three rooms since they all flow into one another.

Absolutely consistent. You will love the look. Try BM gray cashmere, SW Grecian Ivory, BM Grant Beige BM Elmira White

Thank you! I am renting right now, and working with some 1950's fireplace rock and 1980's tile in my kitchen, but I'm sure it can look cute with a little decor.
