Need Help With Color Coordination in Kitchen & Familyroom
October 30, 2012 in Design Dilemma
I am getting ready to build a new custom home. It is my plan to have a traditional look in the kitchen with white/cream cabinets and a light granite. The familyroom is clearly visable from the kitchen and I am wondering if it is best to continue the color of the cabinets in any wood trim in the familyroom (fireplace mantel, built-in for flat screen TV). Thanks so much.

I agree, especially in open concept spaces.
