What kind of moss is this between the cobble stones?

i was about to ask similar question. i have paving stones in the backyard and noticed there is moss started growing in some areas. i liked the look so wondering if i can find seeds and spread it over.

This is pretty awsome! I've heard of a couple different ways to make this work, not sure what they did here though. Here's an option I've recommened before and knew of a long time ago, so it must work:).

Probably Irish Moss. It tends to grow over the edges like that.

This moss was actually harvested locally from a nearby construction site when we were building the project. I'm not 100% sure what the species are... I can tell you we added some rock cap moss as well as some sheet moss. You should check out Moss Acres' website: http://www.mossacres.com/
