Hello! I would love some advice on choosing the right color stain for my windows. We recently bought this house that was built in '79, I love the layout buy definitely has a "70's" feel to it. The ceiling is vaulted with dark wood beams and at first I hated the beams but now am starting to love them. We put in cherry colored laminate wood floors and bought new unstained windows. What color should I stain them?! And the trim? Should it match? I was thinking about matching the beams to the stain? Too dark?? It's an open floor plan house and I plan to go with a gray and white themed kitchen...(I'll be painting the existing dark ugly 70's wood colored cabinets). I hope this makes sense....ideas anyone? Thanks!
