For a traditional house do you suggest white or off-white trim?

    I think either would look great. Choose your trim by other factors in the room. If you have hardwood flooring with dark brown tones, off white or cream trim will pick up the yellow undertones of the brown.

    While white looks beautiful with everything. Look to your flooring, existing doors, and if you have architectural detailing around fireplaces, doorways, etc.. for hints as to which to choose.

    They are both neutrals so either will probably look great.

    White is also easier to work with when it comes to picking wall colors and cabinet colors as well - especially if you're thinking of doing any off white or beige/cream wall colors. Also, white works better with grays and blues as wall colors.
