Is it safe to put the cookers near the walk way?

I love the arrangement and could use the idea for my cookers to be able to cook and not turn my back to everyone else. I am a bit nervous about cooking with the side so close to a walk way though. Is it safe? Thanks.

Yes, this is perfectly safe. We followed the installation instructions for both the hood and cooktop and all clearances were maintained. You will also have to make sure all local building codes are maintained.

(The angle of this picture may be distorting the actual distance a bit, but it is about 12" from the door casing).

Thanks. I don't have that 12". That wall of mine is only 65cm (26-27") so I guess I can't put the stoves there.
