Need a wall color
please all comments welome ,the fireplace isn't going away the yellow walls not right color for reclaimed brick ,the floor is light oak

judyg Take a look a BM Gull Wing Grey. It looks as if you get plenty of light and if it is south light this grey will be a winner.

Carolyn Albert-Kincl Design That's a very unusual fireplace you have. I'd darken the wall behind it to a midium gray such as BM 2108-50 Silver Fox. You should probably pick up paint chips of judyg's Gull Wing Grey along with my suggestion of Silver Fox, and see what you think looks good with your bricks. The idea is to pick out the gray that is in the bricks and translate it into a paint color. Then go back to the paint store for actual paint sample(s) and paint poster boards with the colors. Look at them, taped to the wall, moving them about and observing them in various day and night lighting conditions.
