Bathroom lighting

ticocozNovember 12, 2012
I have storage cabinets on each side of bathroom sink painted black. There is roughly 10" space top of cabinets to ceiling. My problem is lighting. I don't know what type of ceiling light to use. Would need to use existing electrical in ceiling which housed a school house light at one time. What type of fixture do I use? Flush mount, semi flush, pendant???? There is a mirror hanging between cabinets. Help

The style of the bath?
First though would be running Led light strips around each cabinet and adding a frame to hide the strip sides.
On the ceiling I would consider a track light system, that could spread out cans over a wider area of the bath. Black cabinets require a high level of lighting that one central light will not provide.
