jillandmatt I would guess they are a "bone" color and gloss. We designing our kitchen very similar so I have done a lot of research. Home depot has a very similar "bone" color gloss subway tile. Hope that helps!

jillandmatt Yes, that's true. They only carry the white 3x6 in stock here too. For the 3x6 subway tile in bone at both places it is a "special order". That adds a little to the cost, but still inexpensive. Good news is they have the bone/gloss in other sizes in stock. I bought a square tile in the bone/gloss for 16 cents just to have an example of the color. Home Depot's "bone" is a slightly darker color than Lowes.
