Need help designing a long, narrow living room
November 13, 2012 in Design Dilemma
I have a long and narrow living room. To the right is a window and to the left is a blank wall. I'm not sure how to divide the space to make it look good. There's no fireplace- just ALOT of wall space

Divide the room into functions: one side for say, tv watching, the other for a desk and reading. Then create some focal points. Great shelving units done up with books and accessories always work.
