Can you please tell me the type of wood used on the ceiling as well as the stain? Also what is the vault of the ceiling and height of the ceiling? Love this!

he ceiling is mushroom board purchased from Appalachian Hardwood and the pitch of the roof is an 8/12. There is a clear coat on the boards, but no stain. The height of the walls is 9 foot.

I love the color off the floors is there a tint or clear stain? Also what type of wood was used on floor.

The floors on the screened porch are IPE wood. There is no stain. They naturally turn grey rather like teak when exposed to light.
