Toilet paper?

Where do I place the toilet paper holder If I don't want to drill into vanity? It's a regular small standard shower.

No photo, so no idea of the materials in your bath. You could use a floor stand tp holder, or you could look at the No Drilling Required products from Klaam. A removable (with some effort) adhesive system for non-porous surfaces.

Caa you put it on the wall next to the toilet? If not, you can buy a toilet paper stand at Bed Bath and Beyond and stand it on the floor.

When we viewed our home for the first time the tp holder was on the wall and was almost the focal point! I moved it to the (old) vanity immediately. If you're not in favor of that then a tp stand is the way to go. Or you could put it and extras in a basket on the floor.
