The product is known as “plastic boxwood mat”. If you google this you will find many suppliers in the US (which is probably more beneficial for you).

a company called silk plants Canada carries a nicer boxwood panel I've seen both

i have done plenty of research on these panels and the only company that offers both a fire retardant boxwood mat and an outdoor uv rated boxwood mat is a company called Commercial Silk Int'l based in MN. they are the direct manufacturers of the product.
