Your best bet is to hire a designer who can take all of your needs into account. It is well worth the investment. Our best projects consistently have a designer on board.

So tell us what you want. And can the door be moved to the edge of the outside wall so you can benefit from the natural light coming in behind you.
More often these day I do wet room master baths as this allows large shower areas and the capability of adding a free standing tub with no overflow for a deep soak as water just flow off the floor and into the drain trench. Other advantages no shower curb, ceiling drop water supply and you can add the tub later if you need to for your use or resale.
Don't forget the elec. outlet behind the toilet.

That works. vanity and sink followed by toilet with the shower room starting just after the patio door trim. If you want to use a double vanity you could also shift the master bedroom door to line up with the door you moved then add a new master bedroom entrance in the lower left corner of the room as this will allow you to close off the hall a 1.5 meters down the hall, This allows you to convert the remainder of the hall in to closet space opening into the master or the other bedroom or with a little push on the bedroom walls it could add closets to both bedrooms. extending the wall between the bedroom and the master bath will allow you to eliminate the whole master bathroom hall wall. This gains you another 1.5 meters of vanity
