Do you scrupulously review Fleetwood Warranty with clients?

It is my suggestion that you do, rather than have an astonished client discover the homeowner must have glass removed every five years for resealing or void warranty. I am shocked to find that Fleetwood will not stand behind a frame leak in one of my 7 Fleetwood sliders with fixed windows. The installation company diligently removed one set twice and finally successfully addressed a severe leaking problem. (Rotted sub floor ruining carpet and wall covering in room below.) Fleetwood has shown no responsibility for the frame failure which continues to leak. I had 6 more windows replaced this summer by Milgard because friends phone them with problems and they are out to address the concern in a flash. I thought Fleetwood was a deluxe product. Just a suggestion for Happy Clients.
