mmilos Nice house. First, what's the condition and color of your roof? Any plans to change it? Reason being the roof is such a large dominant fixed feature and you need paint colors to coordinate. If updating the roof, I'd put on a darker brown or darker charcoal gray roof...it'll help anchor your house.

I would also consult with a landscape architect/designer to give you professional ideas to update your flat, bland landscape. That will be the best money you spend.
