Wallpaper question

I have removed the bifold doors of a coat closet in a laundry room to make a spot for backpacks, shoes, coats when the kids come home. I found some fun, funky wallpaper. I am wondering if I can do anything to make the wallpaper more durable like adding glaze over the top. Any ideas? Thanks

In the "high traffic" areas we always suggest using commercial grade durable vinyl wall covering. Don't be "afraid" of "commercial grade" meaning... There are very nice and affordable options in today's market.

Well, I found a perfect double roll on Joss and Main, awesome colors for the paint in the room. So I was wanting to see if there was an option for non-commercial grade paper.

There's an option to seal the regular wallpaper with Interior Dead Flat Varnish by Modern Masters. But that only protects from wall getting dirty, but NOT from "physical" abuse.

That should work, mostly concerned about dirt... Thanks!
