Need help with my bay window in living room.
I have a large sofa in front of the bay window. My style is somewhere between contemporary and elegant. My colours are predominantly brown, white, beige and black and the current sofa is brown but I may be changing it to a soft white or beige. What window treatment is elegant behind a sofa? Drapes? Roman blindes? Both?
Carolina Photo To Go LLC Elegant would be drapes. If you post pictures, you will get ideas that actually fit your space! I like Roman shades but they are not as elegant as drapes alone; but sometimes they really are what is needed and do create more of a contemporary (rather than traditional look) When I think of elegant, I think of a tufted sofa back.
