Hello, this is tongue and groove mahogany with a center bead. The material then is stained after
installation. This can also be built with Doug Fir. Very similar look. Thanks

This house was sided with James Hardie clapboard and shingles. Their product is factory painted before installation. The stock colors changed since this was built about 7-8 years ago. You should go to this link and pick what area of the country you are in to see similar colors for your area: (this house is in New Jersey)
