Continuation With Scale Design from Old Post

Hey guys - - I measured all my furniture and drew it out to scale with a couple different options. Also is a Rug that I didnt include that will go on the floor.

The opening on right enters into a kitchen

The door at the top is NEVER used

Also on the short wall at the top is 2 windows
Let me know if you have better options!!

Here is Original Post!

The first layout works. In the second one, I'd move the hutch to in front of the door that is never used. I think the second one works too. I don't think the third one works. For the fourth one, I'd move the table to the end of the sofa and move either the bookcase or the hutch to the same wall as the TV. The piece that remains would go where the bookcase is. Maybe even move the chairs back to the bookcase more. But the fourth one works, too.

Love the comments - would you have any new particular setup?

I agree with houssaon and I would probably pick the 2nd option from the left.

But if being able to see the TV from the kitchen is important to you then the 3rd option works well.
