Hi,

The counter on the island overhangs 12". It works great for a small eating bar.

The length of the eating bar is 72", with the width being 12" and the height being 34"

That is correct. The lip over the chairs is 12".

The island in total is 72" long x 36" deep.

It's hard to say.

The home in this photo is from 2010 I believe so it could be discontinued.

I think you're best option would be to contact Park Lighting directly. I would try email so you can attach the photo of the chandelier as well.
