Our new addition - room planning for a living room

Below are the room dimensions. The north wall looks out to our yard, as well the west wall. The south wall will be an entrance from our existing kitchen/family room.
The goal of new addition - entertaining and everyday use. Looking to put a fireplace, tv, extra counter/serving area, maybe built in bookcases and plenty of windows. I don't know if the fireplace should be placed on the north wall or east wall, mount tv above fireplace or not. Don't think I want a full bar but some serving pieces and cabinetry may work.

11 years agoI have sectional and and chair I may use. My style is pretty traditional. I also have plans right now the new sunroom living room has windows on north side but maybe a fireplace can be placed here. As well we are putting a new ensuite area.
