There is only so much style one can get in a fan/light, but some aren't too bad. See your local lighting or big box store for a basic round at $168, or something a bit more fashionable in the $260 range. Of course, the higher price ones also run more quietly.

Depending on your electrical situation right now, you might need a second circuit so you can operate fan and light independently. You also have to determine how strong you fan must be (how much air gets exchanged within an hour). Then do some research about the noise that the fan I making - this is a big issue. And last but not least the dimension of the fan - does it will into the old opening in the ceiling or do you need to widen it. Good Luck
