What is this color of stained concrete called?

It is a two part concrete stain called Burgundy Leather. It has a base coat solid coat and 2 - 3 coats of a semi-transparent color enhancer.

Were the "grout lines" from when the concrete was poured or done when stained?

The grout lines were saw cut with soft-saw then cut with a "V" groove to give the appearance of a grout joint.
