It appears as though the countertops are 3cm, or about 1 1/8" thick. The edge profile, full bullnose, gives the illusion that the material is thinner by removing some of the marble material from the top AND bottom of the stone. The bullnose edge has become less desirable for this reason. Also, this edge tends to remove the drip-edge functionality of the square-bottom edge profiles, making it easier for liquids to run don the face of the cabinets. Does this make sense?

wowww. Please see the countertop edge profile drawing attached. Now draw your attention to the eased edge and the bullnose edge. On the bottom of the eased edge, the corner is square as opposed to the bullnose's rounded bottom edge. Does this answer your question?
