Need Help- Where or how can I have the crown molding made

I would like to find out how to make a mold of this crown in order to reproduce it.

I have looked on the internet but can not find any information as to how to make a mold like this. I have also tried to locate already manufactured crown molding to match but have found nothing even close to this design.

I need 50 linear feet. It seems that the original, 1914, was in sections so I can take down a section to make the molding.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest a latex mold based on what I have seen plasterers do. I don't have first hand knowledge as to what materials they use but I came upon this website. EnvironMolds' Latex Mold Making Rubber

I suggest you contact the customer service department with questions and they can inform you of techniques, classes, videos etc as well as how to handle their products. Good luck

Mold is very expensive because materials and very time consuming to make it .
There is no sense to make mold much easier to buy molding .
You can check architectural suppliers on Internet .
The pattern looks like common.

I purchased something similar at home depot and just painted it. Tedious but not difficult

Is the existing a plaster moulding or is it wood? If plaster, call in a plaster expert and they can duplicate. If wood, contact a local millwork shop and they can recreate the moulding. The setup fee is pretty pricey.

I find i tvery hard to believe that Home Depot carries this type of 1914 molding.
I would really like to know which Home Depot you purchased this molding at.

I enjoyed the dog photographs that everyone did. I think there should also be a cat one. I am starting right now. Wilhelmina loves painting on ladders. Bella love sinks before and even after installation.
