Tiny bathroom transformed into luscious retreat

Your Interior FocusJanuary 16, 2013
My bathroom is very tiny, I hated being in it. Most people believe small spaces should be kept light so that you create the illusion of more space. Well, as I tell my clients, some spaces are far too small for anyone to be fooled. With these spaces, one mostly notes the attempted tricks at "enlarging".
I went far to the opposite scenario, I painted dark, added a crystal candle lit chandelier, large brushed nickel framed mirror, elegant dark wood vanity topped with a white porcelain vessel. A finishing touch with luscious white Egyptian towels and all natural bathing accessories and I and my guest are wrapped in soothing luxury!

Great space, the dark colors and the contrast make the space look great.

I wanted to include these but was stopped at a 4 picture allowance. Perhaps I will add a separate post. Thank you for the compliment!
