Walls are soft gold, deep red leather sectional, medium wood floors. Fireplace is antique white. Considering accent wall for fireplace but unsure of the color. Also what style of area rug would tie all colors together?

More pics = more input from Houzzers. We're very visual people, you see. We can't suggest a style of rug without seeing the style of the house and furniture and fireplace. Please post for help.

Deco hit the nail on the head and I'm so glad as otherwise I'd be banging my head against the wall in frustration over not being able to properly answer your question! Please give us photos, sent as jpegs.
