I am not the home owner, I would say its not hard to wipe them because of how low they hang.

I got some of the lights similar from a different vendor. I was at a loss of how to clean the dust on the inside top. ~On mine, I found a screw on the top of the light, that allow you to remove the top and clean out the dust.
