Design on larch house outside walls
January 22, 2013 in Design Dilemma
Dear all, I built a brick house horizontally paneled outside with light-coloured larch. It looks fine now, but I expect larch to darken with time, and am afraid that the house would look dark and boxy. The window panes are black. I would like to put some vertical black design elements on the walls at certain spots to make it look more interesting. Would anyone have suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Sounds interesting, you could always re-stain the siding.
