The siding is Poplar bark shingles and painted cedar board and batton.

Poplar bark shingle siding originated in the mountains of North Carolina and has been revived by the company Bark House in Spruce Pine, NC. We used Premium Grade shingles by Bark House which are between 1"-1 1/2" thickness. Here's a link to some more detailed specs on Bark House bark siding, they ship all over the country and may have a distributor near you.

What is the paint color on the cedar board and batton? Is it clear white or red cedar?

The board and batton is western red cedar. The dark grey paint color was a custom match to the metal roofing we used, so unfortunately there isn't a color name. The metal roofing color is "Burnished Slate" (a pretty universal color in metal roofing), you might be able to get a sample from your local hardware store and have a paint store match it.
