what size of tile to use on bathroom walls

I`m using white subway type tile with accent mosaic and can`t decide what size of white tile to use. It will cover three walls-two 3ft and one 9 ft. I`m looking at
4x16
8x20
12x24
I want the look of brick pattern, but don`t want it to look too busy. Any and all advice is appreciated. Thanks

The bigger the tile, the easier it is to keep clean. Do I understand correctly that you are combining the tile with mosaic tiles?

Yes, we are using the white 8x20 and a smaller band of mosaic tile to accent.

4 to 6 inches band of mosaic to accent across the walls (about three quarters of the way up the wall)
