The lemon yellow ground cover is Sedum angelina. The medium green is also a sedum that will turn reddish as it warms up , its common name is 'dragons blood'. The blue rosette plant is called Echiveria or Hens and Chicks.. Behind it is a meix of Aeoniums ( a succulent) Anigozanthos ( kangaroo paws) some cannas and the ornamental grass is Stipa arundinacea.
Hope this helps.

This looks great! What is the name of the stepping stones used here?

The stepping stones are cast concrete pieces left over from the raised terrace . They were remnants / cut offs from the job . They've held out pretty well, the project is 14 years old now and they have worn well.

Hell Connie, there are two orange flowering plants on the right - the one with the larger flower and leaves are Canna Tropicana. In front of it , with the narrow strappy leaves and smaller flowers is Kangaroo Paws ( Anigozanthos). Both do great in bright sun and would do well on a hillside .
